Focus on Dementia Certification (FODC)

This special certification course, designed by HHAU and the Huntsman Mental Health Institute, meets the State of Utah's  Dementia  core training requirement of healthcare workers in many settings.

Registration is normally $200 per participant or $1,500 for every 10 people from the same organization.  However, HHAU member agencies, University of Utah entities, and organizational partners are just $150/person or $1,000 for every 10 people from the same organization (contact admin@hhau.org for special invoicing). 

Agencies that certify 70% or more of their clinical staff in the program will earn a special designation as a Dementia Care Certified agency with a badge that can be displayed on their website, social media, and marketing material.* All presentations can be viewed on-demand, and participants are given 8 weeks to complete the course.
