Our annual in-person Home Health & Hospice Conference will be held May 7-8, 2025. Our conference has sold out the last four years and we fully anticipate it happening again this year. Sponsorship pays for the purchase of generic lanyards for conference attendees and will include your organization's name at the bottom of the name card. Alternatively, you may provide 300 lanyards customized with your logo for $500 (contact Debbie.hhau@gmail.com). Lanyards must be received by April 15, 2025.
