Our annual in-person Home Health & Hospice Conference will be held June 16-17, 2026. Our conference has sold out the last five years and we fully anticipate it happening again this year. HHAU will purchase snacks for our June 16-17 in-person. There will be two snack breaks on June 16th and one on June 17th. Sponsorship includes: .
